We Achieve is looking for a passionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) IN NORTH CAROLINA ONLY to join our growing remote team! If you love empowering families, mentoring RBTs, and creating meaningful treatment plans that actually change lives — we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing remote clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Designing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and our clinical team.
  • Completing timely documentation and reauthorizations.

  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Eligible to provide services in North Carolina.
  • Experience with DTT, NET, and naturalistic teaching strategies.
