BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)Florida | Full-Time | Hybrid & In-Home Opportunities AvailableJoin Our Growing ABA Team

Are you a passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our clinical team and help deliver high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout Florida.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop and implement individualized treatment programs that support skill acquisition, independence, communication, and positive behavior change.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Spanish

  • Active BCaBA certification with the BACB

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Preferred:

  • Previous ABA clinical experience

  • Experience supervising RBTs

  • Florida Medicaid provider enrollment
