Sales Account Manager (Outside Sales) — BCA Distributors
Compensation: Compensation: $150–$175/day + uncapped 1% commission + weekly fuel stipend
Territory: Field-based — East Bay & Tri-Valley, CA

BCA Distributors is the local foodservice supply distributor Bay Area restaurants actually pick up the phone for — same-day delivery, unbeatable pricing, and a direct line to a real person every time. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to own a territory, build relationships that last, and grow their income right alongside the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Win new business across restaurants, cafés, food trucks, caterers, hotels, and senior living accounts in your territory.
- Grow and retain your book of business with proactive, consistent weekly check-ins.
- Introduce new products and thoughtfully upsell to grow order volume and share of wallet.
- Be the trusted face of BCA — resolve questions fast and keep customers coming back.
- Bring the market back to us: share customer feedback and competitive intel that shapes strategy.

- Represent BCA at local trade shows, community events, and networking sessions.
- Keep your pipeline and account activity sharp and up to date in our CRM.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
- $150–$175 per day base, set by your experience.
- Uncapped 1% commission on your net sales — the more you grow, the more you make.
- A weekly fuel stipend to keep you on the road and in front of accounts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Sales or account management experience — foodservice or restaurant-supply background is a big plus.
- A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable opening doors and closing deals.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven — you don't need to be chased.
- Comfortable with everyday tech (Microsoft Office; Zoho Books or QuickBooks a plus).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record — you'll be visiting accounts across your territory.
