THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, fire-burning, flavor-building role. As a Pit Master, you'll:

  • Work with live-fire wood smokers daily (yes, it get's hot in the summer )
  • Season and cook some of the best Texas BBQ in the country
  • Cut and plate BBQ for dine-in and takeout guests
  • Butcher raw product with precision and care
  • Clean, restock, and maintain a spotless station
  • Share smiles and good vibes with our crew and customers.

If you can cook meat to temp by feel, we see you! If you want to learn how, we'll train you. Either way, come ready to grow.
