Join Our Team! The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering make up this dynamic restaurant group.
All are conveniently located in the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street. Food brings us together. Hospitality keeps us around. Authenticity and eclectic food and beverage innovation sets us apart. Our unique taste is paired with unparalleled customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Support Staff will have oversite of counter service, floor management, and expo operations during their shift.
Areas of Focus {including but not limited to}:
  • Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business
  • Handling take out orders and running food to guest tables
  • Bringing salesmanship opportunities to each guest interaction with counter service
  • Managing expo windows with a focus on food quality, ticket time management and accuracy
  • Being a "menu expert" and be able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively
  • Excelling with time management and steps of service
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and well-stocked areas during service, including prebussing
  • Setting up the restaurant for success on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
  • Detailed oriented
  • Having a positive, welcoming and upbeat attitude
  • Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
  • Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
  • Strong believe in professional and ethical approach to guest services
