Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar is a fast-paced casual dining restaurant with a celebrated bar. We are looking for an expediter to keep food coming out of the kitchen quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities of an expo are as follows but not limited to:
- Communicate with the kitchen to ensure ticket time goals are met
- Knowledge of all menu items
- Ensure all items are plated correctly and presentable for guests
- Understanding of KDS kitchen system
- General cleaning and stocking of server expo
- Running food if servers are too busy
- Pull food items and tray up for servers to grab and go
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Big Whiskey's is a very busy restaurant looking for someone reliable and hard-working who thrives under pressure.
Compensation: $14 to $16 per hour
