THE QUICK DETAILS:

  • Job Type: Full-time; Hourly
  • Pay: Starting at $24 - $26/ hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (spring, summer and fall). Winter hours will be dependent on snow events and the need for snow removal.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds and Facility Maintenance professional to help maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of our large production facility and surrounding grounds. This hands-on role includes a mix of grounds -keeping duties, snow removal, and general facility maintenance.

The ideal candidate is experienced in outdoor maintenance work, able to operate light equipment, and takes pride in keeping work spaces and property in top condition year-round. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all employees and visitors.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Performing grounds maintenance including lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep
  • Providing timely snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, plow truck, front end loader and skid loader
  • Supporting general facility maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, light construction, and equipment upkeep
  • Conducting routine inspections of building systems and report issues to maintenance team
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facility exteriors and common areas
  • Safely operating power tools and light equipment (mowers, blowers, etc.)
  • Assisting with loading/unloading maintenance supplies and handling materials as needed
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GOOD FIT:

  • Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role
  • Ability to operate snow removal and landscaping equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Basic mechanical, plumbing, or electrical repair knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
