Hours: Full time - Average of 45hours per week, spanning 5-6 days per week

Earliest Starting Time: 7am

Latest Ending Time: 1am

*Must be available towork a combination of shifts between these hours.

Function: Responsible for all the daily functions within theRatskeller/CRBG/Cheese Trap by ordering food, beverages, serving supplies,retail items, cleaning products; prepares records for analysis and reports;insures proper training of all employees; is responsible for scheduling of allemployees; manages; directs and documents performance of employees; performsfair reviews and evaluations of employees; upholds and enforces all policiesand procedures of the Bavarian Inn Lodge and ; sets example for others to follow;insures quality services and products; insures safety of guests andRatskeller/CRBG/Cheese Trap employees; protects all assets of the company;motivates employees; experiments with new serving techniques, ideas, or menuitems to promote sales or decrease expenses; coordinates special events in theRatskeller/CRBG/Cheese Trap; insures cleanliness of Ratskeller/CRBG/CheeseTrap, including preparation and storage areas, and various items; sets shortterm and long term range goals and develops strategies, budgets, and businessplans to promote the welfare of the Ratskeller/CRBG/Cheese Trap.

Basic Qualifications:

1 year Food andBeverage management experience preferred.

Handle pressuresituations in a controlled fashion.

Food handlingand sanitation knowledge.
