FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
Hours:
Part-time, works 5 days per week for an average ofupto 36 hours per week.
Earliest start time: 6:15am
Latest End Time 11:00pm
Must be willing to work a variety of hours betweenthese times, days, evenings, week days, weekends, and holidays.
Responsible for seating guests and documenting guestcovers according to procedures. Accountable for directing Oma's and the DiningRoom personnel; assures that ideal dining environment is maintained. Ensures the wait staff is providing properservice. Talks to the guest when timepermits; promotes menus and specials. Assures proper and efficient setup andteardown of dining area; assures clean, organized, and sanitary workingconditions and products. Takes reservations for Oma's Restaurant and logs themin reservation book. Also can oversee Brunch and handle reservations on specialholidays. Helps to control laborexpenses and overtime by keeping staff productive. Performs take out and room service orders.Able to work as a server when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Mustpass ServSafe Alcohol Course. Highschool diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year experience asHost/Hostess or related food experience. Pleasing personality,well-groomed and neat appearance. Ability to resolve service problemsonown initiative. Good interpersonal communication skills.
