SUMMARY:
The Bavarian Inn Restaurant is looking for talented bakery decorators to bring our products to life through detailed decorating work. Our high-volume, from-scratch bakery focuses primarily on frosted sugar cookies, cupcakes, and simple house tortes, with occasional custom cake orders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision piping, fine detail work, and consistency. Speed and attention to detail are essential, as our decorators produce high volumes of beautifully finished items each day. Cake decorating is part of the role, but the primary focus is on cookie and dessert decorating using buttercream (no fondant).
Decorators also support general bakery tasks including baking and packaging as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience with buttercream piping, lettering, floral work, and detailed decorating
  • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute seasonal and custom designs
  • Comfortable using decorating bags, tips, and related tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
