As a member ofour Guest Services & Reservations team, you'll be the first voice many ofour guests hear and the first impression they'll have of Bavarian Inn. Whetheryou're helping a family plan a birthday celebration, anniversary dinner,holiday gathering, or simply a night out, you'll play an important role increating enjoyable experiences before our guests even arrive.
Using ourcomputer-based reservation and guest management systems, you'll coordinatereservations, personally connect with guests before their visit, answerquestions, recommend thoughtful enhancements that make celebrations even morememorable, and ensure every interaction reflects the genuine warmth andhospitality that has made Bavarian Inn a family tradition for generations.
Pay & Schedule
  • Part Time:16-35 hours per week
  • Shift Examples: 8am-4pm; 10am-6pm; 12pm-7pm/9p
  • Wage: $15.00 per hour

(Current Hiring Need: Monday,Saturday, Sunday, and holiday availability)

  • Welcome guestswith friendly, genuine Bavarian hospitality through both inbound and outboundphone conversations.
  • Managereservations and guest information using our computer-based reservation andguest management systems.

  • Learn aboutguests' special occasions and recommend celebration enhancements such as cakes,balloon bouquets, and special event packages.
  • Provide helpfulinformation about our restaurant, menus, events, and amenities.
  • Respond toguest questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment tocreating positive experiences.
  • Completeadministrative and clerical tasks with exceptional accuracy and attention todetail.
