Join our dynamic kitchen team - the heart of the haus - where teamwork, tradition, and pride come together. Our Line Cooks build on their culinary experience to work multiple stations, plate quality dishes, and help keep the line running strong.
At Bavarian Inn Restaurant, each season brings a different rhythm. Our current slower "off season" pace allows time for hands on training, learning our systems, and perfecting techniques. As we move closer to the holidays, our kitchen shifts into a fast paced, high-volume environment serving 3,000+ guests daily. We're looking for a Line Cook who can grow into the role now - and confidently handle the heat when the kitchen is at full speed.
What You'll Do
  • Cook and prepare menu items across multiple stations (grill, sauté, fry, broil)
  • Plate dishes with consistency andattention to detail
  • Help maintain food quality,timing, and kitchen standards
  • Support your team and keep servicerunning smoothly
  • Keep your station clean, stocked,and organized

  • Some kitchen experience required (line or high-volumepreferred)

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Minimum of 6+ months kitchen experience, high volume preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Able to follow recipes and adapt to menu changes.
  • Capable of standing for 8+ hours and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
