Hotel Jerome has been the social hub of Aspen since its opening in 1889 at the height of the town's silver boom, known as the place where all great stories were born and are told. As the only Aspen hotel to survive the silver crash, the long pre-ski-resort winters, and the Depression, we've seen cowboys ride through our doors, 10th Mountain Division soldiers gather round over pints after training on the slopes, and Hunter S. Thompson holding court during his run for sheriff. You can't experience Aspen, without experiencing Jerome.

The targeted compensation wage for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $24.00-26.00/hr. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Collection.

Join our dynamic team as a Group Rooms Coordinator and become the maestro of group bookings and events within our exceptional establishment. As the orchestrator of group reservations, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your role will be a perfect blend of creativity, meticulous planning, and excellent communication as you work closely with guests, ensuring their every need is not only met but exceeded.   • Receive and respond to group reservation inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand group requirements and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Efficiently handle the booking process, including room allocations, rates, and contract agreements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for group organizers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about the venue's facilities and services to meet group needs.
  • Communicate group details and special requests to relevant departments and ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations, particularly in group reservations or event coordination preferred.
