Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale energy storage and infrastructure projects from field mobilization through commissioning and operational readiness. This role is responsible for managing all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, procurement, safety, scheduling, quality, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep experience in complex infrastructure or energy projects, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability, project momentum, and stakeholder alignment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • 11 15 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure, energy storage, utility, or industrial projects.
  • Proven experience leading complex project execution involving engineering, financial oversight, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of battery energy storage systems (BESS), power systems, substations, and infrastructure integration.
  • Demonstrated experience with project planning, risk management, cost controls, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
  • Experience working with suppliers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, operational readiness, and rollout execution.
  • Proficiency with Jira, project tracking tools, dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility, and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remove execution roadblocks and drive projects forward.
