Bathroom Installer – Transform Residential Bathrooms with Exemplary Craftsmanship


Job Overview:

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Project Scope: Residential Bathroom Remodeling

The Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential bathroom transformations with a customer-centric, exemplary team. This position offers a clear pathway to elevate your career into a Lead Installer role within an open-book management culture. Your craftsmanship will directly impact homeowner satisfaction by bringing beautiful, professional designs to life.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute the complete demolition of existing residential bathroom fixtures and finishes safely.
  • Install premium bathtubs, shower pans, shower doors, and custom surrounds precisely.
  • Construct waterproof surfaces and prepare structural backings perfectly for tile installation.
  • Lay high-quality wall and floor tile according to precise design layouts.
  • Install vanities, countertops, toilets, faucets, and various finished plumbing fixtures.
  • Perform precise basic framing, drywall installation, and detailed finish carpentry.
  • Communicate project updates regularly with homeowners, project managers, and designers.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience utilizing hand and power tools safely in a construction environment.
  • Solid foundational understanding of basic residential plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and work efficiently in confined spaces.
  • Possession of reliable transportation to commute to various local project sites.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills for client interactions.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 or more years of dedicated bathroom remodeling or residential construction experience.
  • 3.5+ years acceptable if candidate is strong 
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Specialized experience with advanced waterproofing systems such as Schluter products.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unexpected field conditions and resolve installation issues.
  • Possession of formal OSHA safety training certification.
