Blue Mountain Bathrooms is looking for a motivated Bathroom Design Sales Consultant to help meet strong demand for bathroom remodeling projects across Central PA. This is a 1099 commission-based sales role with a small base provided during onboarding/training, then strong earning potential through a tiered commission structure. The company provides warm, scheduled appointments, so this is not a cold-calling or door-to-door hunting role. Your job is to show up prepared, listen carefully, guide homeowners through their options, and close projects the company can proudly deliver.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners for scheduled bathroom remodeling consultations
  • Sell tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and bathroom remodel projects
  • Listen closely to customer needs, concerns, budget, lifestyle, and safety goals
  • Present solutions honestly and accurately based on what the company can fulfill
  • Use company sales and tracking systems, including Leap and Go High Level
  • Maintain availability in the scheduling system for assigned appointments
  • Follow up with prospects and help move qualified leads through the sales process
  • Protect Blue Mountain Bathrooms' strong reputation through clear, ethical communication
  • Build trust with homeowners, especially customers looking for safer, lower-maintenance bathroom solutions
  • Optional: generate self-sourced opportunities through referrals, neighborhood conversations, and relationship-building for additional bonus potential

Qualifications:

  • Prior in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling sales, or consultative sales experience preferred
  • Strong closing ability without being pushy, arrogant, or high-pressure
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
  • Honest, reliable, and committed to selling only what the company can deliver
  • Comfortable working with homeowners, especially customers planning for comfort, safety, and long-term use
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-driven role
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to appointments throughout the service area
  • Must have access to an iPad/tablet and a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekend appointments based on customer availability
  • Comfortable learning sales software and following a structured process
  • Growth mindset; interest in helping build a sales department is a major plus

Pay and Benefits:

  • Job type: Independent Contractor (1099) 
  • Tiered commission structure: 10%-15%
  • Temporary training pay is provided during onboarding
