Bathroom Installer/ Lead Installer

Stark Elite Home Solutions is growing and looking for skilled Bathroom Installers who take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer experience. We specialize in premium bathroom transformations and are looking for motivated installers who want steady work and to be part of a winning team.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete bathroom remodel installations including shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, vanities, flooring, trim, fixtures, and finish work.
  • Perform demolition, preparation, and installation while maintaining a clean and professional job site.
  • Follow Stark Elite installation standards to ensure every project meets our quality expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners.
  • Protect customers' homes and leave the work area clean daily.
  • Complete project documentation, photos, and required paperwork.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete projects efficiently.
  • Work with the production team to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Must carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage
  • Must have reliable transportation. Truck and enclosed trailer preferred
  • 5+ years experience in remodeling, carpentry, bathroom installation, construction, or related trades preferred.
  • Carpentry and Finish trim
  • Plumbing fixture installation
  • Shower/Tub installation
  • LVP flooring
  • Drywall Repairs
  • Measuring and layout
  • Must have necessary tools to complete installations
  • Ability to read project details, follow instructions, and problem solve on the job
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift and move construction materials
