Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Sales Trainer to assist in training our growing sales teams across the nation.
Responsibilities of our Sales Trainer:
  • Host Virtual Sales training classes on a monthly basis for our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations across the nation.
  • Assumes ownership of training the entire sales process to include; teaching soft skills, in home demonstrations, product knowledge and 'one-call-close'.
  • Conducts role-playing activities to develop sales skills (negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales)
  • Uses technology to enhance and optimize the learning opportunity.
  • Continually develops and enhances training materials.
  • Position is a remote opportunity, however candidates residing in or around these locations highly preferred (Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Atlanta, GA St. Louis, MO, Detroit, MI, Miami, FL, Houston, TX, or Chino, CA)

Requirements of our Sales Trainer
  • 2+ years of proven Sales Training experience (training in one-call-close environments highly preferred!)
  • Demonstrated sales success in the home improvement industry, preferably bathroom remodeling.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent presentation skills in front of large groups

Compensation is $76,000+ based on relevant experience
