Part-Time Event Lead Generator
Renken Remodeling | Seasonal / Part-Time
Renken Remodeling (bath and shower specialist) is seeking an outgoing, dependable Event Lead Generator to represent our company at home shows, community events, retail locations, and other promotional events. This person will help introduce homeowners to our bathroom remodeling services, collect qualified leads, and schedule free in-home bathroom consultation appointments.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and working in a fast-paced event environment.Position Overview
As an Event Lead Generator, you will be the friendly face of Renken Remodeling at local events. You will engage attendees, explain our bathroom remodeling services, answer basic questions, and encourage qualified homeowners to schedule a free bathroom design consultation with our design team.
This is a part-time, seasonal position with hours that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on event schedules.Responsibilities
  • Represent Renken Remodeling professionally at local events, home shows, retail promotions, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Greet attendees and initiate friendly conversations about bathroom remodeling needs and interests.
  • Explain the value of a free bathroom consultation in a clear, approachable way.
  • Collect accurate homeowner contact information and project details.
  • Schedule qualified appointments using a phone, tablet, CRM, scheduling platform, or other light technology systems.
  • Meet individual lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, welcoming event display area.
  • Assist with light setup and tear-down of event materials, including signage, brochures, tablecloths, displays, and promotional items.
  • Communicate event results, leads, and appointment information to the Renken Remodeling team promptly and accurately.
  • Follow company procedures for lead qualification, customer privacy, and brand messaging.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable approaching and talking with new people throughout the day.
  • Friendly, confident, positive, and professional communication style.
  • Strong customer-service skills and the ability to make a great first impression.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, digital lead form, scheduling system, or basic CRM tools.
  • Able to stand and remain active for extended periods during events.
  • Able to lift, carry, and set up light event materials.
  • Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
  • Sales, customer service, appointment-setting, retail, home improvement, or event experience is helpful but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation
  • Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Additional bonus opportunities may be available for qualified leads and completed consultation appointments.
