Job Title: Batch Process Technician

Location: Concordville, PA (Onsite)

Hours/Schedule: 40 hours/week; must be open to any shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Compensation: $21.59 - $28.79/hour + shift differential + overtime eligibility

Overview

A leading manufacturing organization in the Concordville, PA area is seeking a Batch Process Technician to support both production and quality operations. This is a hands-on role combining batch processing and QC lab testing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Perform batch production activities including weighing, mixing, and processing materials according to batch instructions

  • Conduct QC testing on in-process and finished products (e.g., physical and chemical testing, sensory checks, and lab measurements)

  • Accurately document batch records and QC data in accordance with company and regulatory standards

  • Follow production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations

  • Operate and maintain equipment including mixing systems, CIP systems, and lab instrumentation

  • Support troubleshooting efforts for both production and quality-related issues

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environment

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and food/manufacturing standards at all times

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred (science-related field a plus)

  • 1-2+ years of experience in batch processing, manufacturing, or quality/lab environment

  • Must be comfortable performing both production (batching) and QC/lab testing responsibilities

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally based on production needs)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document data

  • Basic computer skills and ability to work within data systems

  • Understanding of GMP, quality, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work any shift required

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
