Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in the Lowell area. This is a hands-on role working with advanced equipment, including lathes, mills, and CNC machinery. This is not a "push-button" position. Operators are actively involved in setup, monitoring, quality checks, and maintaining efficient production flow.
CNC Lathe Machine Operator
1st shift - Hours are: 6:00am-2:00pm Mon thru Friday- Pay $ 18.00 hr
3RD shift -Hours are: 10pm-6am-Sunday thru Thursday-Pay$ 18.50 hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor CNC machines, lathes, and mills
  • Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure product quality
  • Inspect finished parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Experience with CNC, lathe, or mill equipment is a plus
