Key Responsibilities

  • Actively assist in the operation of production machinery.
  • Load, unload, and handle materials carefully and consistently.
  • Monitor machines during operation and report issues immediately.
  • Follow work instructions exactly and ask questions when unclear.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and setups as trained.
  • Inspect materials and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Support production flow by helping where needed, not only where assigned.
Qualifications

  • Proven reliability and strong attendance.
  • Ability to stay focused and productive throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working with hands, tools, and machinery.
  • Willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve.
  • Able to perform physical work in a manufacturing environment.

  • Able to safely operate a forklift is preferred, but not required.
What This Job Requires

  • Paying attention to details that affect quality.
  • Showing up on time, every day, ready to work and with a positive attitude.
  • Taking responsibility to ask instead of waiting to be told what to do next.
  • Working at a steady pace and contributing to the team.
  • If you prefer a slow pace, frequent phone use, or loosely supervised work, this position is not a fit.ย
Work Environment

  • Manufacturing facility
  • Full-time, on-site
Growth Opportunity

Employees who demonstrate reliability, attention, and a strong work ethic will be trained on additional equipment and given increased responsibility over time.ย  We'll train the right individual, but it starts with showing motivation, focus and aptitude.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Opportunities for overtime
  • Opportunities for training and advancement
  • Vacation and paid holidays off
  • Positive and inclusive work environment
