Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Clearwater, FL
Contract-to-Hire with a well-established manufacturing company


What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our growing team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing company. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and have a knack for machinery, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and monitor production machines to ensure they’re working safely and efficiently

  • Read and follow blueprints to set up machinery accurately

  • Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to check product specs

  • Perform regular quality checks throughout the process

  • Help with basic machine maintenance

  • Troubleshoot issues on the fly and work with the team to find solutions

  • Operate welding and stamping presses when needed

  • Support CAM programming tasks if required

What You Bring:

  • Strong mechanical know-how and experience working with manufacturing machines

  • Familiarity with tools like micrometers and calipers

  • A good understanding of quality control practices

  • Ability to operate stamping presses and similar machines

  • Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
