Office/Mail Clerk I | Onsite in Bothell, WA | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking an Office/Mail Clerk I with mailroom, large print, and general clerical experience to support onsite document processing and department operations. This is a three-month W2 contract opportunity with potential consideration for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Start Date: 8/21/2026
Location: Onsite - 22522 29th SE, Suite L-210, Bothell, WA
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PDT

Core Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mailroom experience
  • Large print job experience
  • Up to two years of clerical, administrative, or related office experience
  • Experience sorting and distributing mail, faxes, and packages
  • Experience scanning, printing, filing, and preparing outgoing mailings
  • PC experience in a Windows environment
  • Microsoft Word experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Bothell, Washington
