SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00am โ€“ 3:30pm

ABOUT THE JOB

The Data Entry Associate handles high-volume order processing, accurate data entry, and customer support through a shared inbox. This role ensures efficient fulfillment by entering and validating orders, responding to routine inquiries, and working with Customer Experience Representatives to resolve issues. Success requires strong attention to detail, accuracy with repetitive tasks, and consistent adherence to procedures and productivity standards while delivering excellent customer service.

JOB DUTIES

ยทProcess high volumes of orders and quotes received via email, web, and fax

ยทReview orders for accuracy, pricing, and policy compliance; resolve discrepancies

ยทManage written customer communication and status updates through a shared inbox

ยทDocument customer interactions and service tickets in CRM systems

ยทCollaborate with internal teams to resolve order or account issues

ยทProcess order changes, cancellations, and returns
