Description

As the Servicing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues and internal colleagues.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Performs clerical operations related tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, with high quality, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applies various learned methods, procedures and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s) to perform tasks.
  • Works independently most of the time, performs basic research tasks and problem solving in assigned areas.
  • Ensures work complies with departmental procedures, applicable regulations, risk policies and SLA(s).
  • Performs basic data entry tasks, compile simple data elements and perform routine math calculations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Strong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skills 
    • Strong written/verbal communications skills 
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how the correction will affect an account
    • 2-4 years experience working in an operations environment

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5:00p 100% in office 
  • Starting Pay $22/hr
