  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der praktischen Anleitung für Auszubildende und ausländische Mitarbeitende im Anerkennungsverfahren
  • Sicherstellung der praktischen Umsetzung der Ausbildungsinhalte gemäß Ausbildungs- und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Auszubildenden während ihrer praktischen Einsätze
  • Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen sowie Lernstandkontrollen sowie Abnahme von praktischen Prüfungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Praktikanten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den kooperierenden Bildungseinrichtungen
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, dreijährig examinierte Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen mit Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung
