Location: Great Lakes region (Remote / field-based) -- you must reside in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Western PA, West Virginia, or Western NY

Compensation: $70,000 base + uncapped commissions (average total earnings around $130,000), plus a $9,000 car allowance, paid gas, order bonus, paid medical, and 401(k)

Employment: Full-time, permanent (direct hire)

A growing pump manufacturer is looking for a true hunter to own channel sales growth across the Great Lakes. If you love driving new business through distributors and out-selling the competition, this territory is yours to build.

What You'll Own

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to grow revenue across the Great Lakes territory

- Manage and grow existing distributor and channel-partner relationships

- Identify coverage gaps and recruit, onboard, and ramp new channel partners

- Build account plans with annual goals and quotas for each partner

- Support partners with applications knowledge, pricing, and technical and commercial quotations

- Log activity and manage your pipeline in HubSpot

What You'll Bring

- 7+ years of outside/field sales in industrial B2B, with a proven hunter track record

- Experience selling submersible pumps or closely related products (slurry pumps, municipal/industrial pumping applications, or pump controls)

- Strong channel and distributor management: directing partners toward target accounts, not just taking orders

- Knowledge of electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels

- Residence within the Great Lakes territory and comfort with ~75% travel (2-3 overnights per week)

Nice to Have

- Background at a pump OEM or a major pump distributor

If you are a road warrior who knows pumps and knows how to make distributors sell, this is a high-upside seat with uncapped earnings.
