Fresh Coat Painters of Burlington - Camden is a five star rated woman owned and operated residential painting company that provides quality workmanship and legendary customer service to its residential customers of Burlington and Camden counties. We paint interior and exterior rooms and spaces, cabinet painting, wallpaper and popcorn ceiling removal, deck and fence painting and power washing.

We are scaling our sales team and is now seeking a HIGH PERFORMING sales professional to sell our painting services to residential and commercial prospects in a multi-county region. We will provide you with a substantial flow of warm leads from our lead generation services as well as our current book of business for repeat and referral sales. In addition, you will develop and execute the strategy to increase our commercial business. Some leads will be provided but we will rely heavily on your superb "hunter sales skills' to increase business in our commercial division.

You will work flexible hours and from your home. You must have your own reliable vehicle and a smartphone. 60% of your time will be spent closing deals virtually while 40% will require an onsite visit to estimate. We provide paid training, company apparel, measuring tools and the technology for you to succeed in this role.

The company writes an average of $1.7M in quotes annually. We expect our sales consultant to close at least 45% to maintain minimum standards and 60% to qualify for the bonus commission. We offer you a base salary of $50k, monthly travel allowance of $300 and a bonus commission rate of up to 10% paid monthly.
