McCool’s Flooring is a locally owned, purpose-driven, family-run business with three locations in Kokomo, Carmel, and Avon. We are seeking a motivated Flooring Sales Specialist who is passionate about sales, design, and building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the flooring selection process from design consultation to final purchase
  • Deliver an exceptional, relationship-focused customer experience
