RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • 3-5 years of solid experience in the field
    • Ability to analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS Controls
    • Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning
    • Ability to troubleshoot, trace out, list and problem solve
    • Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers
    • Respond to all BAS/BMS service calls
    • Ability to repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS
