BAS Controls Service Technician

Building Automation Systems (BAS) | HVAC Controls | DDC

Are you an experienced BAS Controls Technician looking to join a company that values technical expertise, provides steady work, and offers long-term career growth?

We are seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Service Technician to support commercial and industrial HVAC control systems. You'll troubleshoot, service, and maintain Building Automation Systems while helping customers keep their facilities operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair BAS/DDC control systems
  • Troubleshoot HVAC controls, controllers, sensors, and field devices
  • Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and system repairs
  • Assist with controller replacements and system upgrades
  • Support customers with operational issues and technical solutions
  • Complete service documentation and communicate with project teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of BAS or HVAC Controls experience
  • Experience servicing commercial Building Automation Systems
  • Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and controls
  • Ability to troubleshoot DDC systems and control networks
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Experience with any of the following is preferred: Niagara, Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Distech, Automated Logic, BACnet, Modbus
