Join Our Team at The Willows Assisted Living

The Willows Assisted Living is seeking compassionate, dependable Resident Caregivers to join our team. If you have a heart for seniors and a passion for providing quality care, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: $16.30 per hour

Shifts Available: Full-Time 2nd amp; 3rd

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide medication reminders (per community guidelines)
  • Support mobility and transfers
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
  • Assist with meals and hydration
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
