In This Role You Will:

  • Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping services in resident apartments, common areas, offices, hallways, dining areas, and restrooms.
  • Mop floors, vacuum carpets, spot clean surfaces, and empty trash according to established cleaning schedules.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, lavatories, and toilet bowls, following infection control procedures.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, sills, and equipment to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Follow written cleaning procedures and schedules for resident apartments, common spaces, and health center rooms.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment, carts, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Adhere to all infection control, safety, and sanitation policies to support resident health and wellness.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, team members, and supervisors while providing courteous service.
  • Support a clean, comfortable, and dignified living environment for residents by taking pride in your work and attention to detail.

Shift Details:

  • Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends

Who You Are:

  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED and prior professional housekeeping experience
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • You communicate respectfully, clearly, and professionally with residents and team members.
  • You are physically able to perform the duties of the role, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items as required.
