Job description

Fork Truck Operator

Pay rate: $16.50/hr on W2

Duration: 12+ months of contract

Shift:  1st shift Monday - Friday - 3:30pm - 12:00am

2nd shift Monday - Friday 6.30 am - 3:00 pm

Location: 1022 Corporate Park Way, Mebane North Carolina 27302

 

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Using pick lists or handheld computer instructions, remove material from stock to be moved to the order fill area.

Load products into designated packages or on pallets based on order requirements, verifying counts and capturing data as required using barcode scanner and manual input to the system.

Complete packaging of orders following established packaging guidelines. Apply labels and insert documents on the shipment.

Perform shipment transactions on outgoing orders while verifying shipment counts and packaging integrity.

Prepare shipment documents and works with carrier to ensure accurate loading and marking.

Must demonstrate flexibility with regard to assignments, overtime and business needs.
