Restaurant and Bar Security Position Summary
  1. Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor and always present a professional appearance.
  2. Extend a warm welcome to each Fan, including opening doors when possible.
  3. Properly card/check ID for entrance into the bar.
  4. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for the benefit of all fans.
  5. Utilize a wait management system to optimize restaurant flow during peak times.
  6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to assist customers with inquiries.
  7. Assist in table/bar pre-busing as needed.
  8. Communicate customer inquiries or concerns to management as appropriate.
  9. Maintain accuracy in cash handling and balance cash drawers as required.
  10. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols throughout shifts.
  11. Communicate using two-way talk radios and wearing an earpiece.
  12. Completion of all required training classes for position.
  13. Maintain cleanliness and supplies of restrooms and assist with end of night cleaning.
  14. Stock and restock bar, including moving and changing kegs as needed throughout the shift.
  15. Maintain security for all doors of the restaurant and security of the kitchen.
  16. Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
  • Physical strength to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables, potentially involving lifting up to 50lbs.
  • At least 1 year of previous Bar Security experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Abilit to operate a POS system for processing orders and payments.
