Position Summary: Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Target Pay: $17.55
Essential Job Functions:
  • Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages
  • Monitors pump room
  • Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures
  • Restocks bar snacks
  • Cut garnishes/fill garnishes based on specific bar expectations
  • Cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces
  • Removes empty bottles and trash
  • Keep liquor manifold stocked throughout shift
  • Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
  • Maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties
  • Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months or more related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Working Conditions:
  • Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms and see
  • Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, speak and hear
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and noisy work conditions
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
