The Role:

As a bartender, you love a fast-paced environment and shaking up cocktails is your specialty. In your downtime, you enjoy connecting with your bar guests and making a lasting impression.

What we will ask of you:

  • Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
  • Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
  • Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
  • Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income

Requirements for Success:

  • Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
  • Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
  • A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
