Overview
The Bar Supervisor will assist with leading the beverage team with all duties involved in execution of the beverage operation. They will assist with preparing beverages for guests and/or beverage servers in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner according to standards. They will practice prudent portion controls, set up the bar according to standards, and maintain inventories up to par. They will also follow proper closing procedures, lock up and store beverages, and adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications
• Food/Beverage Service Worker permit, where applicable.
• Requires high school reasoning level.
• Requires 8th grade language level.
• Requires 8th grade math level.
• Working knowledge of wine, liquor and inventory methods.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
