Seeking an energetic, full-time, Bar Manager who will oversee daily bar operations, staff, and inventory to ensure profitability, safety, and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, creating schedules, managing inventory/ordering, developing cocktail menus, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. They must have strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising bartenders and bar-backs. 
Inventory & Ordering: Weekly inventory, ordering alcohol, mixers, and supplies, and managing vendor relationships. 
Operations & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service, safety, and health regulations. 
Financial Performance: Managing budgets, tracking sales, setting prices, and handling cash procedures. 
Customer Service: Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring high-quality service.
