Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising bartenders and bar-backs.
Inventory & Ordering: Weekly inventory, ordering alcohol, mixers, and supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
Operations & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service, safety, and health regulations.
