The Bartender/Dancer role is a dynamic position based in a lively bar and restaurant setting. This role requires equal focus on delivering exceptional bartending service and captivating dance performances, primarily during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers through both their mixology skills and entertaining dance routines, fostering a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and efficiency
  • Deliver engaging dance performances to enhance the venue’s atmosphere
  • Interact with customers to provide excellent service and create a welcoming environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and performance areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts
  • Manage multitasking between bartending duties and scheduled performances

Preferred Qualifications
