Familiarity with hospital information systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and specialized equipment used in Baptist Health facilities is typically required. Compassion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within diverse healthcare teams set outstanding Baptist RNs apart. These skills and qualities are crucial for delivering patient-centered care and ensuring safety and collaboration in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Effective collaboration ensures that each patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are addressed, which is especially emphasized in faith-based healthcare environments like Baptist hospitals.
