Seeking Nursing Assistant

Baptist Health Floyd, Internal Agency Nursing Pool

PRN (Work as Needed), Days (7am-7pm)

Job Duties:

We are seeking a Nursing Assistantwho under general supervision and according to established procedures functions as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks.

About the Department:

The Internal Float Pool consists of seasoned, experienced nurses and nursing assistants who can work on any inpatient unit that is in need of additional staffing. The Internal Float Pool reports to their specific Supervisor who provides guidance when issues present. The House Managers will allocate staff to the greatest need in the hospital.

Qualifications:

BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Previous Nursing Assistant experience required.

High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required.
