Job description

The Manncorp family of businesses is currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join their growing team in Hatboro, PA! This is not a remote position.

The Graphic Designer will apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create visually engaging concepts including promotional and branding materials, both in print and digital media. Daily tasks will include creating graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, flyers, magazine advertisements, etc. They will work closely with a group of highly creative individuals on the marketing team, including designers, videographers, social media experts, and content creators. Our ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing to produce quality work with a high attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with marketing team and others within the company to understand assignment, audience, and intended message.
  • Creates original visual media that communicates the desired feeling or message in an engaging and unified way.
  • Chooses graphics and stock photography, as appropriate; may enhance choices with simple drawings.
  • Selects fonts for written copy; produces layout for approval
  • Prepares drafts of design work and provides samples for review.
  • Revises projects/tasks as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.
  • Consults with Creative Director, VP of Marketing, or other team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.
  • Product and application photography, in-house or on location. Keeping online product photos up to date. Digital studio product shots for website, advertisements, eblasts, and print.
  • Social Media postings and content.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; major or significant coursework in Graphic Design or related disciplines
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on an assignment or collaboratively as part of the team, meeting deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge in Social Media ecommerce (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Social Media trends and their impact on brand.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
