Position Overview

They are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with a strong background in civil litigation and preferred experience in bankruptcy. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-stakes litigation matters while providing strategic solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Civil Litigation: Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Bankruptcy: Relief from stay motions. (preferred) 
  • Lender Litigation & Judicial Foreclosures: Represent clients with dedication and expertise.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution: Guide clients through arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
  • Client Communication: Provide clear, solutions-focused guidance to clients throughout their matters.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Civil Litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Bankruptcy experience preferred. 
  • Expertise in representing clients across various litigation matters, including business, commercial, and property disputes.
