About the Role:
Senior Portfolio Manager to lead client acquisition and portfolio management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices. This role requires deep investment acumen, a strong understanding of fiduciary trust laws, and expertise in alternative investments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in growing the firm's franchise by attracting and retaining sophisticated clients and delivering bespoke investment solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to acquire UHNW clients and family offices.
  • Leverage personal networks, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to position the firm as a trusted advisor to UHNW families.

  • Design and manage highly customized portfolios tailored to complex client needs, including multi-generational wealth planning.
  • Integrate traditional and alternative investments to optimize risk-adjusted returns.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CFP, or CTFA preferred
  • 7+years - of industry work experience (Required)
  • Thorough understanding and ability to interpret moderately complex accounting literature and accounting pronouncements, regulations, practice, and theory, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to day-to-day activities

The base pay range for this role is $120,000.00 to $215,000.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
