We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Washington, DC office four days per week.

Responsibilities

The Premier Banking Officer II provides relationship management in a customized and high-touch manner to our deposit driven clients to include relationships which are large and complex in nature, requiring a high level of personal attention and the utilization of a number of deposit-related services. This position is responsible for leading the sales efforts of the Department and any sales staff as well as work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that the department supports the sales and service efforts of bank account officers, relationship managers and Business Development Officers (BDO's) with the goal of retaining and expanding client relationships.  Develops full banking relationships via delivery of the highest level of client service and effective execution of the Bank's Relationship Development Process. Actively participates as a leader in community organizations. Leads staff for optimal performance in sales. Complies with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted for the position.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in bank/branch operations Management, Servicing and Sales in a commercial environment selling a wide variety of bank products and services including Digital Banking and Treasury products
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to senior level business clientele
  • Strong sales and customer service skills are critical
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Business Entity types
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task with competing customer deadlines
  • Bank Platform System

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Finance, Business Management or related field
  • CRM experience
  • IBS Core Banking Technology
