  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise business systems; experience with Fiserv, Salesforce, LaserPro, digital banking, treasury management, or lending platforms preferred.

Your responsibilities as the Application Support Analyst will include:
  • Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for assigned banking applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining configurations, and ensuring optimal application performance and availability.
  • Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions, workflow enhancements, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, software vendors, and IT teams, coordinating issue resolution, managing vendor relationships, supporting system upgrades, and participating in implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Maintain application security, user access controls, and system documentation while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, compliance initiatives, and adherence to organizational policies and industry requirements.
  • Monitor application health, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support cybersecurity and vulnerability remediation efforts, and ensure business-critical systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.
