Job description

DIGITAL BANKING SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Redwood Capital Bank is seeking a customer-focused, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a full-time Digital Banking Support Specialist.


In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support for the Bank's consumer and commercial digital banking services, including online and mobile banking, digital payments, and treasury management services. You'll assist customers and employees with questions and troubleshooting, support customer onboarding and product maintenance, and help ensure digital banking issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.


We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable learning and working with technology, and has strong problem-solving and communication skills. This position works closely with our Digital Banking Solutions Manager and other departments throughout the Bank to provide a positive digital banking experience for our customers.

Prior banking, digital banking, treasury management, customer service, operations, or technology-related experience is preferred.


Starting pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time employees also enjoy a competitive benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
