We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with proven experience in the banking and financial services industryand hands-on expertise with Temenos (T24 / Transact) systems. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful design, configuration, and delivery of banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
    • Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
    • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Temenos System Expertise
    • Analyze, configure, and support Temenos core banking modules (e.g., Retail, Lending, Payments, Deposits, Treasury, etc.).
    • Work closely with Temenos consultants and developers to implement and test system enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
    • Support Temenos upgrades, patches, and parameterization efforts.
  • Solution Design & Implementation
    • Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions that align with business goals.
    • Review system architecture, data flows, and interface designs for consistency and performance.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts for system changes and new implementations.
    • Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors (including Temenos).
    • Prepare and present system documentation, process flows, and impact analyses.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve banking operations using Temenos capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in the banking/financial services sector.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact or related Temenos products.
  • Strong understanding of core banking processes (e.g., deposits, loans, payments, customer information management).
  • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and API/integration design.
  • Experience with Temenos data models, TAFJ, TCIB, or Temenos Integration Framework (IF) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of digital banking, open banking APIs, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Exposure to cloud-based Temenos deployments (e.g., Temenos SaaS).
  • Experience in managing cross-functional or vendor-led projects.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
