About your role:

Lead a relationship management organization supporting the East Coast-based portfolio of financial institution clients by leading a team of Directors who manage client-facing Relationship Managers. Direct portfolio performance across retention, sales, contract renewals, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. Partner with service, delivery and product leadership to align Fiserv banking solutions and financial solutions with client business objectives.

What you'll do:

Lead, coach, and evaluate managers who oversee relationship management activities across an assigned client portfolio.

Lead managers responsible for team performance, client outcomes, and associate development across the region.

Drive portfolio results across retention, sales, renewal, client satisfaction, and strategic account planning metrics.

Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to support contract strategies, issue resolution, and long-term account plans.

Guide managers through performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development activities.

Partner with sales, product, solution consulting, and operational teams to identify growth opportunities and address client business needs.

Review portfolio trends, operating results, and client risks to inform actions that improve commercial and service outcomes.

Experience you'll need to have:

10+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, banking, financial services, or sales within complex client portfolios.

5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including leaders.

10+ years of experience leading executive client discussions, contract renewals, retention planning, and revenue growth activities.

Experience using account planning, portfolio management, and consultative selling practices to support banking technology and financial solutions.

Experience analyzing portfolio performance, identifying business risk, and coordinating actions across sales, product, and operational stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience leading relationship management teams in financial services, core processing and/or financial technology environments.

Knowledge of core banking platforms and financial institution operations.

Experience supporting community and regional financial institutions.

Experience leading distributed teams across a regional client portfolio.

How you'll work:

This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

This role requires frequent travel (50%+).

Approximately 40-60% of travel off-site to client locations or to other office locations is expected.

Salary Range

$133,100.00 - $283,300.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
