Our client seeks a Content Security Project Manager to partner across Studio Technology and Operations. The role will drive cross-functional content security initiatives, coordinate technical assessments, develop scalable processes and reporting, and provide executive visibility into program progress.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Advisory, Production Engineering, Application, and Cloud teams to deliver Content Security services.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical assessments and security-related projects.
  • Drive project execution, timelines, deliverables, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support the Sr. Manager of Strategy in building and scaling Content Security programs and processes.
  • Create executive dashboards, metrics, and reporting to track strategic initiatives and program performance.
  • Define project management frameworks and measurable success metrics across multiple initiatives.
  • Train managers and team members on Content Security requirements and reporting standards.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders and help remove project roadblocks.
  • Develop repeatable processes that improve operational effectiveness and communicate the value of Content Security initiatives.
  • Research emerging technologies, including AI and ML tools, to improve productivity and enhance team capabilities.
  • Coordinate the annual Content Security Summit, including planning, logistics, and attendee experience.

Experience Requirements:
  • Project management experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing technical projects, including application and site security assessments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Smartsheets, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Preferred: Experience building programs, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated interest in emerging AI technologies and practical application in project management and operations.

Education Requirements:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
